Chair Yoga with Pauline
Gentle, accessible yoga for flexibility, mobility, and balance. In this supportive class, participants move through postures either seated or standing beside a chair, improving strength, stability, and peace of mind — no floor work required.
Instructor: Pauline Vandermoor — BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, Advanced Fitness Leader, Older Adult Specialist, Yoga Fitness Leader, and 200-hour Registered Yoga & Accessible Yoga Teacher. Pauline brings over 40 years of experience in active living and community recreation. Her passion is making fitness and yoga both accessible and fun for everyone.

Hatha Flow Yoga with Pauline
A gentle, breath-focused class that moves smoothly from pose to pose, combining the grounding principles of Hatha Yoga with a mindful flow. This class is ideal for beginner and intermediate participants who are comfortable getting on and off the floor and spending some time on hands and knees. Pauline offers thoughtful modifications throughout, encouraging everyone to move in a way that feels safe and supportive for their body.
Please bring your own yoga mat; a blanket and a pillow or two are also recommended for comfort.
