A more accessible version of traditional yoga. You can expect to move gently through a variety of poses either seated in a chair or standing beside one. Learn how to improve flexibility, increase strength, mobility and balance and help manage pain or stress. The focus is on simple stretches and relaxation techniques.
Hatha Flow combines principles of Hatha Yoga with a continuous flow of movements emphasising breath control and mindfulness. This class is suitable for beginner and intermediate participants who are comfortable getting on and off the floor as well as spending some time on hands and knees. Modifications of all poses will be offered and participants will be encouraged to find what works best for them.
