Are you looking for a class to strengthen and tone all of your muscle groups with weight-bearing exercises that will also help to make your bones stronger? This class is for you!
The ability to stand for about 45 minutes and lift light to moderate weights is required, as well as getting down to the floor and back up again. The class can be done initially with no weights.
Class begins with a warm-up followed by muscle group work for the entire body. The last 15 minutes of class are on the floor, strengthening your core, stability, and balance. We finish with stretching. All work is done to great motivating music for a full hour that will leave you feeling strong!
Bring your own weights (1-8 pounds), a mat, a towel, and water.
