Instructor: Pauline Vandermoor — BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, Advanced Fitness Leader, Older Adult Specialist, Yoga Fitness Leader, and 200-hour Registered Yoga & Accessible Yoga Teacher. Pauline brings over 40 years of experience in active living and community recreation. Her passion is making fitness and yoga both accessible and fun for everyone.

Fitness Mashup with Gina

Instructor: Gina Allan is a certified group fitness, yoga, and seniors’ instructor with the BC Recreation and Parks Association. She is also an NCCP Equine Canada Competition Coach Specialist and author of Equifitt: An Exercise Guide to Becoming a Better Rider. Gina brings a commitment to safe, current, science-based exercise along with her signature zest for life and infectious energy. (You may also catch her singing with her band, Topazz!)

Strength & Tone with Monique
Looking for a class that strengthens and tones every major muscle group while supporting bone health? This well-rounded, energizing workout is for you. Using light to moderate weights, you’ll move through a full-body routine designed to build strength, improve posture, and increase stability.
Class begins with a dynamic warm-up, followed by standing and mat-based strength training. The final 15 minutes focus on core work, balance, and a full-body stretch. All exercises are set to motivating music, and beginners can start with no weights at all. Participants should be able to stand for about 45 minutes and comfortably get down to—and up from—the floor.
Please bring: light weights (1–8 lbs), a mat, towel, and water.
