Low/Non-impact fun cardio workout. Simple steps make it easy to follow the routine. Like a Zumba class but with a wide variety of motivating music. Seniors Room
Everyone is welcome! This is a general multi-level class with a weight/strength component. Beachcomber Hall (Gym)
Using a chair as a ballet Barre, light weights are added to tighten and tone your muscles through a combination of Ballet, Pilates, and regular strength work. Seniors Room
This is not a yoga class. You will work through stretching all your major muscle groups. Other equipment may be used to deepen the stretch. The ability to get down to the floor and up again is required. Bring a mat, towel, and water. Seniors Room
This gentle, inclusive class is designed for everybody — whether you're brand new to yoga or have an existing practice. Sunni guides you through mindful movement, breathwork, and simple postures that encourage ease, strength, and a sense of calm. Expect a relaxed pace, clear instructions, and plenty of options to make the practice work for you. Bring a mat, towel, and water. Lions Room

Chair Yoga can be a more accessible version of traditional yoga. Participants in this class can expect to move gently through a variety of poses, either seated in a chair or standing beside one. Learn how to improve flexibility, increase strength, mobility, and balance and help manage pain or stress. We will focus on simple stretches and relaxation techniques. No yoga experience required. A fun, low-impact workout to music that includes cardio, light strength training, and a full-body stretch. Intensity can be adjusted to your comfort level. Participants should be comfortable getting on and off the floor.

One hour devoted to strengthening all major muscle groups using light to heavy weights while standing and during floor work. The ability to get down to the floor and up again is required. Bring a mat, water, weights, and a towel. Seniors Room
Hatha Flow is a gentle, breath-focused practice that moves smoothly from pose to pose. Suitable for beginner and intermediate participants who are comfortable getting up and down from the floor. Modifications are always offered so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
Please bring your own mat; blankets and pillows are welcome.

For all classes:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class with your water, mat, comfortable clothing, and running shoes that support your feet and ankles. Weights are optional for all classes (please bring your own).
