Total Body with Pauline

Mon. 9:00–10:00am

DROP-IN Everyone is welcome! This is a general multi-level class with a weight/strength component. Beachcomber Hall (Gym)

Barre Tight & Tone with Monique

Mon. 9:15- 10:15am

DROP-IN Using a chair as a ballet Barre, light weights are added to tighten and tone your muscles through a combination of Ballet, Pilates, and regular strength work.  Madrona Room

Mommy & Me with Christine

Mon. 10:00–11:00am

A relaxed, supportive class for moms and little ones, blending simple dance fitness and gentle strength work.  Seniors Room

Pre-registration required | $20

Deep Stretch with Monique

Mon. 10:30–11:30am

DROP-IN This is not a yoga class. You will work through stretching all your major muscle groups. Other equipment may be used to deepen the stretch. The ability to get down to the floor and up again is required. Bring a mat, towel, and water.  Madrona Room

Chair Yoga with Pauline

Tues. 1:00–2:00pm

DROP-IN Chair Yoga can be a more accessible version of traditional yoga.  Participants in this class can expect to move gently through a variety of poses, either seated in a chair or standing beside one. Learn how to improve flexibility, increase strength, mobility, and balance and help manage pain or stress. We will focus on simple stretches and relaxation techniques. No yoga experience required. Zumba with Claudia

Tues. 5:00–6:00pm

Get ready to sweat, smile, and shake off stress! My classes are all about high-energy music, easy-to-follow dance moves, and a judgement-free space where everyBODY is welcome. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned dancer, you’ll feel the rhythm and leave class glowing from head to toe. Come for the workout… stay for the vibes! Seniors Room | $10 drop-in or 10-class pass for $80

Fitness Mashup with Gina

Wed. 9:00–10:00am

DROP-IN A fun, low-impact workout to music that includes cardio, light strength training, and a full-body stretch. Intensity can be adjusted to your comfort level. Participants should be comfortable getting on and off the floor.
Please bring water, a mat, and light weights. Beachcomber Hall (Gym)

Strength & Tone with Monique

Fri. 8:30–9:30am

DROP-IN One hour devoted to strengthening all major muscle groups using light to heavy weights while standing and during floor work. The ability to get down to the floor and up again is required. Bring a mat, water, weights, and a towel.  Madrona Room

Hatha Flow Yoga with Pauline

Fri. 9:00–10:00am

DROP-IN Hatha Flow is a gentle, breath-focused practice that moves smoothly from pose to pose. Suitable for beginner and intermediate participants who are comfortable getting up and down from the floor. Modifications are always offered so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.
Please bring your own mat; blankets and pillows are welcome.

For all classes:

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class with your water, mat, comfortable clothing, and running shoes that support your feet and ankles. Weights are optional for all classes (please bring your own).
