Everyone welcome general multi-level class with weight/strength component. This class may be held outside weather permitting.
Wednesdays 9:00-10:00 ($8/class)
A combination of aerobic conditioning, strength training using resistance or weight equipment, and core conditioning, including a focus on back care tips and postural alignment.

Pauline Vandermoor has been teaching fitness on Monday mornings at Nanoose Place for a few years, initially covering for Pam when she’s been away and more regularly this past year or so.
I’ve been teaching Hatha Yoga for 15 years and hold international accreditation through Yoga Alliance and Accessible Yoga, as well as provincially through BCRPA.
This class is suitable for beginner and intermediate participants who are comfortable getting on and off the floor as well as spending some time on hands and knees. Modifications for all poses will be offered and participants will be encouraged to find what works best for them.
For all classes:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class with your water, mat, comfortable clothing and running shoes that support your feet and ankles. Weights are optional for all classes (please bring your own). Wear your mask when entering and exiting the building
