Everyone welcome general multi-level class with weight/strength component. This class may be held outside weather permitting.
Wednesdays 9:00-10:00 ($7/class)
A combination of aerobic conditioning, strength training using resistance or weight equipment, and core conditioning, including a focus on back care tips and postural alignment.
Fridays 9:00-10:00 ($7/class)
This practice includes elements of Yin, Hatha and Flow as well as focusing on Breathwork and Alignment. Classes are planned and created to transition smoothly fm asana to asana (pose to pose).
A class suitable for those beginning their Yoga journey and for yogis and yoginis seeking space to continue their journey.
There is mat work in this class so participants should be able to get down to and up from their mat unassisted. Please bring your mat and a blanket and any yoga props you may have.
For all classes:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class with your water, mat, comfortable clothing and running shoes that support your feet and ankles. Weights are optional for all classes (please bring your own). Wear your mask when entering and exiting the building
